EMSON was originally certified for ISO 9000-1994 on 1st Oct. 2000. The Certification was upgraded on 1st April 2002 for ISO 9001-2000. Now the Certification has been up-grade to ISO 9001-2008 w.e.f. 20-03-2009

The Railways Authority like RDSO and RITES has approved our testing facilities for checking their critical parts and assembly items for Safety.

EMSON has generated In-House facility for checking the Proof Load/ Break load for Hooks and draw gear assemblies as per Railways Specs. The Complete draw-gear assembly is subjected to Drop Test/ Shock Load Test with Kinetic Force off 1.5-Ton meters giving three blows to the same assembly one after the other. The results are verified from its elongation. The Lower spring seat is tested for its leakage under pressure 14kg/ cm2.
